Welcome to LAPAC! A versatile and affordable setting designed for creatives, collaborators, and content-makers. Ideal for filming, meetings, productions, rehearsals, auditions, classes, and events. ABOUT THE ROOM: - Perfect for smaller classes, workshops, filming, auditions, self-tape, readings, and rehearsals; - Easy access to load in and load out; - Free parking. WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE: - Access to the kitchen, bar, and Lobby area if you want to serve food and drinks during your time; - Any additional equipment (inquire for more details); - Early and after-hours access to the building from 10 pm to 9 am; - Courtyard. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR RENTAL TIME MUST INCLUDE SETUP AND STRIKING/ CLEANING. TIME FOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT IS PART OF YOUR RESERVED HOURS. OVERTIME FEES WILL BE APPLIED. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
