Parking description
Plenty of free on street parking surrounding the space and a multi level car park meters away.
General Rules
1.Bhav is not liable for any injury or lost/stolen property.
2.No smoking anywhere in the building.
3.For accidents, health crises, criminal activities or fires call 000.
4.Renters are responsible for replacing any broken or damaged property caused by renter
and/or renter’s party.
5.Modification. This Agreement may be modified only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
6.Subletting and Assignment. Renter will not assign this Agreement or sublet any part of the Premises.
7.Renter is solely responsible for carrying her/his own liability insurance.
8.Full refund of hire fee provided if the event is cancelled due to the studio not being able to be open (e.g. a Government lockdown).
9.No refund if the facilitator needs to cancel a room hire only booking, however we will offer a
reschedule of the event for no additional fees.
10. Reschedules of a co-hosted event are only available under extenuating circumstances.

Health and Safety Measures
Studio is cleaned everyday. There is signage for pantries to clean own props.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
