1939 Bixby Knolls Home with Dance Room and Tree House

Many of the original features of our 1939 custom-built home have been kept and lovingly maintained. The front yard has a unique hand-made bridge and treehouse. One room in the house has been converted into a dance room with a mirrored wall, barre, and disco ball. The house has a unique character with its vintage tiled bathrooms and kitchen, an inset stove, and original wooden cabinetry with curved display areas. Each room of the house has a unique theme or feature: a decorative pegboard wall, shiplap wall, map wall, painted feature walls, one bathroom with English decor and the other with Swedish/ Dutch decor, two fireplaces, built in shelving and bookcases, and more! The home is on a tree-lined street with all custom built homes. In May and June, the jacaranda trees bloom a beautiful purple. The backyard has a spa and cute little garden area with a hand-made bench.
