Neighborhood cozy bar with great sound system and nice lighting, open to public 7 days a week 5pm to 2am. Can be rented for private event during these hours depending on availabilities. It is available during the day between 5am and 5pm daily (sometimes even till 7pm). It can accommodate filming, photo shoot. It can host bar & bottle service event with DJ or band. The inside is 2000 sq ft and can play loud music and outside is 800 sq ft and cannot play loud music. There are 4 large lounge table that can fit up to 6-8 ppl in the lounge area and 6 high top tables with booth in the bar area. There are 2 storage rooms and a gated parking in the rear that can fits 6-8 cars.
