This a beautifully built basement studio. We have a treated live room, a control room and a separate production suite available. We have a huge range of vintage instruments, world-class outboard and top-of-the-range microphones available. There are onsite kitchen and toilet facilities. We are situated in the very heart of the Northern Quarter Manchester and enjoy all the local amenities and hospitality - ideal for a short break to reinvigorate your creativity! 5 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly Gardens we are also very close to major transport links such as Piccadilly Station.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We clean our studio and all instruments and equipment after every use. We always have hand sanitiser and wipes on hand and touch free dispensers in every room.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
