About the Space
We are located in the quiet, historic DeMun neighborhood close to Forest Park and only a few blocks away from the Kaldis Coffee. Our space has Zen and calming vibration filled with natural light and wooden floors. Wonderful for photoshoots, filming videos, and interviews. 5-7 people can comfortably fit.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Air quality: We will turn on the fan, and open all the windows from both sides of the room to refresh the air, we also use ventilation fan to bring the air in/out for 45 mins before your rental time. Cleanness: 1. We clean the floor 2. We use alcohol wipes to sanitize common space (kitchen, bathroom, sink, door handles..)
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
