Soundstage One is our largest and most versatile rental studio, designed for photographers, content creators, brands, filmmakers, and production teams looking for a professional space to bring their ideas to life. Featuring a large three-wall cyc wall, high ceilings, overhead lighting grid, and plenty of room for equipment, sets, talent, and crew, Soundstage One can accommodate everything from a simple photoshoot to a larger-scale production. The space is ideal for: - Photography and branding sessions - Commercial photography - Fashion and editorial shoots - Social media content - Reels, TikToks, and YouTube content - Product photography - Interviews and talking-head videos - Music videos - Commercials and branded content - Small to mid-size video productions -Creative sets and custom builds The base rental rate includes productions with 1–15 total people on-site, including crew, talent, clients, and guests. For larger productions, an additional hourly fee applies: - 1–15 people: Included in base rental rate - 16–45 people: +$65/hour - 46–60 people: +$95/hour Please book according to the maximum number of people expected to be on-site at any point during your reservation. What's Included: The base rental covers use of Soundstage One and the Producer's Lounge. Your rental time must include all load-in, setup, filming or photography, breakdown, and load-out. Lighting, grip equipment, additional production equipment, crew, set builds, and specialty production services are available separately. Need Production Support? If you need more than just the space, our team can also provide photography, video production, lighting support, camera operators, production crew, and additional equipment. Production services are quoted separately based on the needs of your project. Please note: Additional equipment, crew, production services, excessive cleaning, cyc wall painting or restoration, and overtime may incur additional fees.
