About the Space
Modern oasis in the heart of Little Rock. This little home has the Joshua Tree charm with the vaulted ceilings, tons of plants, and natural light. The backyard features a charming garden and a beautiful pergola with outdoor seating. Near the hustle and bustle of downtown, this home is nestled into a quiet, historic neighborhood. With every room being designed by a photographer with natural light in mind, this home provides a comfortable, quiet place to create. This home is lived in when the host is in town. All personal belongings are stored in specific areas of the home (out of the renter’s way). We don’t allow other pets, but our friendly exotic house cats, Penny and Patty, live here. They’re declawed, very sociable, and well cared for. The home is professionally cleaned multiple times a week, and we take great pride in maintaining a fresh, clean home, free of pet odor and excessive cat hair, so guests can enjoy the space comfortably, but if you have a severe cat allergy, we advise against staying. While children are welcome, please be aware that this home is not designed to be child-friendly. With over 30 live plants, curated furnishings, and fragile décor, children must remain under direct supervision at all times. Stickers, glitter, and markers are not allowed. Damage to the home or its contents will result in additional charges.

This space is the primary residence of the home owner and her dog. The space is cleaned between every visit, but the space is lived in and does contain personal items of the homeowner, as she lives here regularly throughout the year. Those with pet allergies are encouraged to stay elsewhere.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
