Spacious Dance Studio with Marley Flooring
About the Space
Our spacious and versatile studio space (1600 sq ft) is perfect for dance classes, photoshoots, group meetings, rehearsals, and fitness classes (we are not taking party rental requests at this time). The studio has a raised wooden floor with vinyl Marley floors (48’x20’), ideal for a variety of dancing styles, as well as 40’ of 6’ full-length mirrors. The studio has air conditioning, and there also is a separate air conditioning unit in the office. In addition to the large studio space, there is a second, smaller raised-wood dancing space. There is a bathroom on site and several chairs for seating available. Parking is conveniently available in front of the main entrance, by the second entrance at the back of the studio, and on North Cataract Avenue. The large roll-up door in the back of the studio can be raised to allow additional airflow and natural lighting—in addition to the lovely skylight at the top of the studio floor.

We have hand sanitizer available. As Los Angeles County guidelines change, we make updates to the studio policies. The back door of the studio can be rolled up to let natural air in that way as well!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
