The property also includes an outdoor garden, heated pool & furnished patio. We have hosted numerous cooking workshops, classes, private dinners & luncheons and have a fully-equipped, professional set up for outdoor cooking & events on the patio. Space features: - Cozy living room - Dining room - Italian style back yard - Heated Pool & spacious patio - 2 unisex bathrooms - Indoor kitchen - Outdoor Kitchen AVAILABILITY: - Not available to book during holidays This location works perfectly for cannabis parties, cocktail parties, small weddings, product launching events, and social gatherings. It is located 5 minutes away from Sony Studios, and Down Town Culver City and it's many modern restaurants Services available for an additional charge: - Rustic event tables & chairs for rent - Linens - Grill We are professionals experienced in managing events and look forward to hosting yours in our space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
