About the Space
This peaceful 2-acre setting features an inground swimming pool, plenty of shade, and seating for up to 25 guests. A full, rustic-style bathroom is conveniently located on the barn patio next to the pool. There is also a covered patio area off to the side of the pool with a gas grill, a charcoal grill, and a large smoker. You can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, or enjoy your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers! This space is perfect for birthday parties, photo shoots, video shoots, business lunch meetings, and small celebratory corporate gatherings. No neighbors can be seen from the space so it's very quiet and private. You will get the feeling of being out in the country without traveling far from the city. We are located 15 minutes from downtown Buda, and 25 minutes from downtown Austin. *Please note that the outdoor shower is a cold water shower only*

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
