Located just less than a mile from all restaurants and fast food. It has a large pavilion that can sit inside 50 people and there is a charcoal grill . This tropical poolscape and immaculate lush garden is the perfect venue for family celebrations,catered events, birthday parties, baby showers, engagement parties. It has a fabulous/delightful/relaxing feel both day and Night. Food catered and Kona shaved ice truck is allowed. Photo Shoots with birds If you want to take pictures with the exotic birds in the aviaries we ask for an additional fee. INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE -use of the pool, jacuzzi, the waterslide, the grotto, and waterfalls will be on during your stay. fire pit, charcoal bbq -three outdoor patio swings ADD-ONS Heated pool and Jacuzzi, please see the additional charges. Pavilion The Pavilion comes with 3 equipales tables that can sit 18 people and that bar has 6 equipales bar stools. Outside there are four tables with Umbrellas. PARKING *Important* For larger groups, we ask that guests carpool when possible & park on the adjacent side street(s). If you prefer you can park in the backyard but please let me know ahead of time. 4 cars can park on the driveway. BATHROOM There are two restrooms : one has a pirate theme and the other has a mermaid theme. PRICING We reserve the right to quote custom rates based on the intended use of the space and during peek times. PETS Dogs are not allowed in the backyard.
