About The Porch House
The Porch House is located 4 miles east of Fredericksburg’s Main St., it is a renovated 1880’s stone farmhouse with meeting and dining space for up to 16 around custom tables built out of bois d’arc trees salvaged from the property. Reception space, half bath, and full kitchen. Everything you need to build, brainstorm, and bond. Breakout sessions are available on the front porch, back porch, pergola, fire-pit, or via a walk in the hayfield. Optional bedroom with en suite available, along with attendee housing in 8 shipping container guest suites, each with a king bed, built-in twin daybed, kitchenette, bathroom, and unique furnishings and decor.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
