About the Space

We have a fun amazing working laundromat that has a great Miami (little Havana vibe) We have local artist murals on our walls and have had a create time utilizing the cool space for video and photo shoots. We are open to ideas and needs. Lighting is good with all new led lighting throughout the laundromat. We are a full functioning business so we welcome anyone in need of the space durning that with customers being present. If you need the space closed off we can accommodate that later in the evening closer to close we can close early and block the space off for you.

We keep the whole space very clean and wiped down at all times. Also we have a staff that is there cleaning through out the shifts.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
