About the Space
La Fabrica is a NY loft style creative photo/video studio, located in The Cotton Mills, Footscray- 7km away from Melbourne CBD. It is designed to help you bring your ideas to life. Perfect for shooting your brand’s latest range, showcasing a new fashion line or holding a workshop or event, La Fabrica is completely adaptable. Featuring high ceilings, white, textured brick walls and beautiful natural light with north-facing windows ideal for daytime photo shoots. Our 200 sqm studio space boasts an open-plan layout, allowing for a range of different set-ups. A separated side room close to the entry provides a private space perfect for wardrobe changes or hair and make-up. You’ll also have full access to a small kitchen space, including a sink and fridge, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Lighting, reflector and backdrop equipment is included. We have a selection of coloured paper rolls. Please feel free to enquire about our inventory. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This studio is amazing! Photos don't do the justice. I used the space for a portrait photoshoot. Camila is great host, very responsive to messages, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is in need for a studio.

I hosted a friendsmas gathering at this gorgeous space, there was plenty of natural light and ample space to roam around. Cami was lovely to communicate with and sent sufficient information around getting there, parking, set up and amenities available in the studio. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to host an event.
