Location & Accessibility Unbeatable Transit: Located in a highly central downtown neighborhood, we are just a 5-minute walk from both Bloor/Yonge (Line 1 & 2) and Wellesley subway stations, with TTC 97 (Yonge) and 19 (Bay) buses steps away. Accessibility Note: Please be advised that due to the building’s authentic 1893 architecture, our sanctuary is a 3rd-floor walkup and is not wheelchair accessible. The Spaces & Floorplan Your booking secures exclusive, private access to a modular, blank-canvas layout that adapts to your needs: The Main Heritage Loft (~650 sq. ft.): The stunning primary room features exposed brick, high ceilings, a wireless printer, and a mounted 36" TV for casting presentations. The Second Room (~300 sq. ft.): Ideal for private consultations, staging, or breakouts. This room houses two glass tables (seating up to 8 each), and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, and fridge). (Note: The space is highly customizable, but the small wooden front desk and large wooden drawers by the bay window cannot be moved). The Washroom: One clean, private, gender-neutral washroom featuring its own beautiful skylight. The Fire Escape: Step out onto our 1940s-style Juliet fire escape for a quiet breather overlooking Cottage Lane, offering a small-town feel amidst the downtown skyscrapers. Capacity Standing: Up to 30 guests. Movement/Yoga: 10 Students + 1 Instructor Seating: Comfortable, movable seating for up to 20 guests (primarily stylish folding chairs) that can be easily rearranged or cleared out. Hours & Flexibility Our standard operating hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We understand that production schedules and special events require flexibility. Early-morning load-ins or late-night extensions can be accommodated upon request, subject to an after-hours premium for time extending past 9:00 PM.
