This studio is a bright, clean loft located in a locally renowned arts building. This studio features an open layout suitable for small to midsized creative projects. Large wall to wall north facing windows line studio, filling it with neutral, even light from dawn to dusk year round. The Amenities available inside the space include a Profoto light kit, prop library, 9' sweep paper backdrops, a variety of racks and stands, HMUA vanity and changing room, seating area, and work tables. Bathrooms are available just down the hallway from our suite.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
