Welcome to our private 12-acre hidden gem nestled next to the expansive Angeles National Forest, only an hour outside of the city and within the secondary studio zone! Extremely film-friendly with a quiet environment, plenty of parking & storage, and wide open space with views of the mountains, forest, and desert. Multiple locations & backdrops with a single booking: - '70s ranch-style house with open view of the valley - Renovated red barn - Three homey cottages - Half a dozen trailers - Warehouse space - Rustic, western bar - A plethora of vehicles from rustic antiques to our own functioning ambulance - Junkyard space - Apocalyptic survival hut - Two friendly goats - Gazebo overlooking the property Our helpful team comes with 35+ industry experience and understands the flexibility needed on-site. Please reach out for any custom requests and we will do our best to accommodate. We are also open to offering you the space you need to build your sets.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
