Well-lit and spacious, this open plan studio is perfect for creatives of any medium, creative and wellness workshops, photography, film, product launches. Also available for Wedding Ceremonies (not receptions) please get in touch for further details and pricing. Plants are included in the hire fee, floor plants can be moved, hanging plants only upon request. Concrete floors, heating and cooling, 1 drinks/florist fridge, 2 sinks, kitchenette and bathroom. 2 parking spaces in the front driveway. Work benches, 3 trestle tables and 22 fold up chairs are available upon request. Beneath The Ferns will definitely be a great backdrop for your next event. *Please note that this space is not available for hire if your event requires alcohol. No parties

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
