About the Space
We use the space for do it yourself workshops. We have an "L" shaped bar area in back as well as a boutique section up front with excellent lighting + skylights in the middle of the room. Character meets creativity. 100+ year old building with exposed beams, wooden art tables, metal stools. Work tables can be moved around since they are on wheels. The floors are cement with a bit of paint splatter from the creative experiences that have happened over the 6 years we have been here. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
