About the Space
This beautiful warehouse space has tons of character and nature light! It does not have air conditioning or heating. Great for photo/video commercial shoots, but not for events. One floor with lots of natural light and windows wrapping around the space. Has restroom access and electricity. We are glad to do schedule scouting tours, and from our experience they will require and hour of our time. If you require a tour, we can give a complimentary price of $150 for the tour. If you are require more than an hour for your team, we will have to book that as $175 / hr in outside of the production date. $700+ (4hrs +) MINIMUM FOR ALL BOOKINGS. CONTRACT AS WELL AS PROOF ON INSURANCE ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTERS, DO NOT INQUIRE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS (EXAMPLE OF BLANK CONTRACT AND PROOF OF INSURANCE DOCUMENT LISTED IN PHOTOS)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
