A large, single family home with wider doorways is perfect for filming- many options for indoor and outdoor scenes. A variety of rooms with different looks/options- perfect for a shoot that needs to look like multiple different places. Decor and furniture are easily moved. There are designated area set up for makeup, hair and wardrobe. Although, you are free to move around logistics- there is a perfect space for staging, craft services and lunch.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
