If you are looking for a conference room to rent for staff development and training, Our company Training Room is the perfect location for you. The Conference room comfortably holds 100 participants with additional room for catered meals. There are both round and rectangular tables available for an evening gala to recognize your team. There are also rectangular tables available for vendor meet and greets for your team. Parking is free and ample. An added bonus is it is directly off Silas Creek Parkway for easy access. Lodging is within minutes from this conference location, as well as a 15 minute drive towards our Historical Downtown for dining.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
