As a creator myself, I’m excited to share this space for others to film, shoot content, record music, or produce creative work in an inspiring, city-facing setting. This is my private home studio with an Oversized open rooftop-style terrace that features a breathtaking panoramic view of the Miami skyline. The space is minimalist and flexible, making it ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, music videos, podcasts, fashion look-books, and more. Anything, over 15 guests will be subject to event rates. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
