Check out the video below! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaImcEmShac Located in West Village with easy access to the A/C/E/1/2/3/F lines, this small but charming lofted studio is filled with natural light via two massive skylights and an entire wall of street-facing windows. Featuring an assortment of lush plants and natural fabrics and textures - the best way to describe the space would be 'earthy minimalism'. The space also has a rich history - having been featured in write-ups by the New York Times and Apartment Therapy, as well as a recent campaign for Calvin Klein. IMPORTANT NOTES: - Since the space is a studio apartment, there's a recommended limit of 5x people per booking. More are possible but the space itself is not large, especially if you plan to bring equipment as well. - The building does not have an elevator and the unit is on the 4th floor of the building. Bringing lots of equipment is not advised.
