About the Space

A new build modern home with stunning views from each floor, including three large balconies and a pool area. Ideal for photo shoots with gorgeous harbour views, stunning sunsets, and/or sparkly city lights at night. Can also be used for meetings of up to 8 people at an indoor table or outdoor table. The home has a lift to the main floor for easy entry or moving props/materials in.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
