Welcome to our newly renovated Modern Beach Bungalow in Venice! The house is 2 stories with an open loft space that overlooks the living space with a very unique chandelier. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining room and one full bathroom. Upstairs there is a giant primary bedroom and full bathroom, plus the living room and deck that overlooks the front of the property. It’s impossible to miss the 2-story floor-to-ceiling windows, an exposed beam, hardwood floors, and high-end finishes throughout. Filled with natural light, an open floor plan on the first floor stretches from the kitchen to the expansive outdoor patio with a fire pit accessible through 15ft glass accordion doors, creating the versatility to customize the space to any live-work lifestyle. The home is perfect for photoshoots, film shoots and meetings. There are multiple areas to shoot inside and out as well as garage access for loading & unloading. There is an attached one-bedroom unit with a separate entrance on a parallel street, which has high-end finishes and private outdoor space with turf. The outdoor space can be used, but the indoor space would require an additional fee. We are not able to accommodate any rentals past 7:30 PM, unless discussed prior. Thank you so much!
