About the Space
Our Studio has been called the “hidden gem” of the capital city—and it certainly is! Located inside a beautifully renovated 200-year-old factory, our studio features 1,000 sq ft of open space filled with gorgeous (buttery soft) natural light all. day. long. It's the perfect backdrop for an intimate bridal shower, baby shower, and more! The studio features: • A large elevator (we're located on the 2nd floor). • Free parking. • A private single-use bathroom with a garment rack (perfect for outfit changes). • A full kitchen with working appliances and a rolling island. • A rolling 8x8 plywood wall (with natural wood on one side and a painted color on the other). • Tasteful modern furniture (including a sofa, cream armchair, desk, 3 stools, and a rattan accent chair). • Plenty of greenery (including floor plants on rollers). • Tables and Chairs available to rent at affordable rates. • Renters are welcome to bring their own vendors. We can't wait for you to celebrate with your friends and family!

We maintain and clean the space regularly, including deep cleaning of the space at least 1x/week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
