This space would be great to film living room scenes, dining room scenes, at home Bar (inside or out). There is plenty of natural lighting and a lot of space to work with. All the pictures and artwork is made or taken by us so it can be used in film projects. The living room can be set up for a intimate screening or a great living room scene. The backyard can be used for business mixers, small gatherings, and even has it's own bathroom.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
