The Mary Rice room is located on the first floor, this moderately sized room is perfect for board meetings or seminars. Three large windows let sunlight in and overlook the gardens below. This room easily accommodates up to 50 people setting theatre-style or up to 30 people at round tables. Ceiling mounted data projector, with VGA and HDMI connections is available for use. If you need to hire AV equipment, reach out to our helpful staff. There are also catering services upon request.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
