About the Space
A tranquil, minimalist studio ready for any Yoga, Pilates or small group exercise classes or workshops. The space is a roomy 800 square foot studio housed within the Regent Health Centre, right next to Starbucks on Locke St. S. in the Kirkendall Neighbourhood, just west of downtown Hamilton. Our space comes equipped with folding chairs, yoga blocks, mats and straps. As well as fans, and floor lighting to circulate air and set the mood. Overhead lighting can be switched between fluorescent and pot lighting (with dimmer) to find the right light level for your class or workshop. Finally the space has medical grade HEPA filtration installed and there is an exterior door in the corner of the studio that can be propped open for fresh air exchange. Allowing for maximal air quality and safety for your guest while in our space.

The Studio is professional cleaned on a regular basis. High touch surfaces are cleaned after every use. HEPA filtration has been installed.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
