This charming turn-of-the-century industrial building is a very active (yet organized) furniture fabrication shop during the week, but is fully available for photoshoots and filming on weekends and after 4:00 PM on weekdays. Weekday daytime rates are negotiable. The roomy space features a wide access ramp, loading dock, views of downtown L.A., flat cement floors, a private changing room, bathroom, ultra fast wi-fi, and even a hand-painted mural.
