About the Space
This open and vibrant studio is a great space for fittings, work events, art shows, cocktail parties, pop up fashion events, yoga, overflow production offices, or group lunches away from the major studios. There is 30x20' studio space with garage door that opens to the patio. You can use the space as an indoor-outdoor or close the big door for indoor only. There is a separate room for make up/hair, another 16x21' room for wardrobe (which can also be used as shooting space or separate meeting room), and a centralized kitchen that can be closed off from the large studio. On the 2nd floor is a conference room with a window view of the main studio (good for production work). We can provide you with anything you need for your day... tables, chairs, linens, wardrobe racks, seamless roles, sandbags, stands, special effects machines, etc. Parking: 3 cars fit in lot without blocking each other. 7-8 cars fit in lot if you block the driveway. Street parking around (most of it free and not on the clock). Parking lot next door can be rented out separately for added fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
