Training Room Facility
About the Space
We have a four-hour minimum for this facility. The space is approximately 2,000 square feet. There are 20 tables and 55 chairs in a classroom-style seating, which can be rearranged. The room can hold approximately 30 people, but we only have 25 available parking spaces in our lot. We are equipped with PowerPoint, projector, audio visual, podium, and a kitchen. We need to know if you will be using the projector and AV equipment. The hours of operation for the training room are generally Monday-Friday 8-3. There are approximately 25 parking spaces available on the north side of the building. Overflow parking in a nearby lot. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We do not provide coffee or food. If you use the kitchen, please see that it is tidied up afterward. The bathrooms are located around the corner from the room.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
