The two bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms PH features floor-to ceiling windows with unrivaled views of the Downtown Long Beach skyline. Each space is filled with hand-picked and custom designed pieces that speak to the personality of Cali-Coastal style. Other elements include an open kitchen housing stainless steel appliances with granite countertops as well as polished concrete floors- making this space sensibly sophisticated. The entire space encompasses a wide range of environments for your project or production. Currently the second bedroom is furnished as an office but can easily be converted into a photographer's studio space. The penthouse offers access to the pool and pool house which can be reserved in advance with an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
