WAREHOUSE NEW YORK LOFT STYLE GALLERY WITH AN IMMACULATE FITOUT This boutique gallery showroom is the epitome of style and simplicity. Large, open and transformable space will allow you to make unique use of the area to reflect your taste and suit individual needs. The current configuration provides a first-floor open plan furniture, art and sculpture fit out showcasing standout artistic furniture in bold colours and sculptural pieces of all kids and taste to make for a unique shot. Totally like nothing you have seen before! Each corner and area surrounding the pieces offers the potential for an amazing photo shoot with unique appeal, perfect for those that are creative and looking for a point of difference in their shoots and representation. The fit out is mainly open plan and features downstairs with a kitchen, expansive open gallery featuring the furniture and art as well as a bedroom aviator themed bedroom with crystal chandeliers and 12 ft ceilings on the mezzanine side of the ground floor. There is a stunning natural wood staircase adorned with unique Swarovski and other pop culture artwork as you make your way to the upper mezzanine level. The upper-level features large wall mirrors with huge natural plants and further artwork and furniture staging featuring a variety of cool seating and lounges. Finally, a large balcony overlooking on the entry side of the building with cool artistic LED signage. The is heating and cooling throughout and modern amenities including kitchen and shower facilities. The property is very private and once you enter the entry way window can be totally blocked off for total privacy. There is great natural light throughout this would make the ideal location for your next photoshoot to showcase you or your clients in the best and most unique way!

No smoking inside the gallery. Photography sessions must be conducted during business hours 10am-3pm Monday to Friday OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
