About the Space
The Grand Lobby of the building features original moorish architectural features, marble floors, original wooden ceiling with hand painted florals, grand piano, and panoramic views of Tampa Bay and our private marina. The vaulted ceiling is roughly 25 feet tall, and the interior was fully restored and remodeled. Key features include pillars, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, moorish/Mediterranean architecture, direct access to waterfront, loggia, and marina.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
