You'll have views of the historic Pearl District, as well as the Steel, Freemont, and Broadway bridges, the train station, convention center, and and inner East side. There is also w 2nd story west facing window for afternoon sun. All windows have motorized block out shades. All lighting is on dimmers. The space is completely open other than 2 full bathrooms, and offers multiple sitting areas, an open modern/euro black and steel kitchen, and dry stack fireplace. The master bath is matte black tile on the floor, walls, and in the shower. This loft is prefect for lifestyle and product photo shoots.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
