About Always Summer
Welcome to your outdoor meeting or casual party destination! Space is great for outdoor baby showers, birthdays, or other gatherings. There is seating for about 20 people already included. Built-in seating for 8 around outdoor fire pit. Four seats around a tall square outdoor table; six seats around another tall table with fire feature in center; two more seats around a small cocktail table; four super-plush and comfy chairs; small outdoor sofa. You may bring in additional rental tables, chairs, etc. Front yard can be used separately from back (e.g., cocktails in front, music in back). Front and back yard are accessible by a side gate. Most of the yard photos were taken in July.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
