About the Space
This is a great space if you want a modern house vibe/ aesthetic and also need a photoshoot area and powerful lighting equipment. Both photoshoots and film shoots work well in this space. You have a large restroom to provide a changing and makeup station. I do ask that you not use the upstairs area.

The space is cleaned between the each booking. All areas are heavily disinfected and there is a HEPA air purification system in the unit, as well as AC.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
