Large, Light-Filled Photo Studio In Baltimore / DC's Only Prop + Surface Rental House!

Hi! We're @PropUpShopBmore! We're the Baltimore / DC region's first and only prop and surface rental house. Our space is available for small to mid-sized product, food, fashion and /or lifestyle photoshoot productions. All of our inventory is available to rent "to-go" to anyone for week-long periods at a time; however when you rent the shoot space, you'll automatically have access ALL of our tabletop & decorative props as well as basic photoshoot equipment - for free! Photoshoot space dimensions: 22 x 16 ft (approximately 350 sft) Light: Plentiful natural light & darkroom capabilities available w/ rolling blackout curtains Bathrooms: A single, private bathroom is located within the studio & sanitized before/after every photoshoot. Kitchen & Cooking: A kitchenette is available for minimal food & beverage prep. It includes a fridge/freezer (not commercial size & no automatic ice maker), microwave, toaster oven, single electric burner, electric water boiler and Nespresso machine. Props: Our prop collection consists of hundreds of tabletop props, homegoods, decorative objects, textiles, risers, natural ephemera, science props - you name it! It includes a mix of modern, rustic, vintage, handmade & artisanal wares. Props and backgrounds/colors are subject to change so please contact us ahead of booking if you need something specific. Surfaces, Backdrops & Paper Seamless: We have a wide variety of wood, hand-painted, laminate, metal, tile & reflective surfaces available. We also have a number of L-XL hand-painted backdrops and different size and colored paper seamless rolls. All are available to rent for an additional fee with your booking. We also do custom surfaces for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance of your booking if you need something specific for your shoot. Neighborhood: Our studio is located in the Woodberry / Hampden area of Baltimore. The neighborhood is charming, with an eclectic culture. Some of the city's best antique shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are just minutes away! Covid Safety Compliancy: While masks are optional for we provide hand sanitizer for all guests to use upon entering the studio. We clean and sanitize our space before/after every rental. Our bathroom includes a disinfectant station that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, disposable gloves masks & disinfecting wipes. Space Sharing: Our studio functions as a prop & surface rental studio, photoshoot space and creative office. While we're incredibly excited to share our space with guests, please note that a member of our staff and/or the owner will be in the studio working during your shoot. Overtime & Damages: - Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy. - The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in. If the studio is not clean and if all items are not returned to their original location there will be an additional $150 fee. - Please treat our studio as if it were your own. While mistakes happen, if anything breaks during your rental period pleas let us know immediately so we can help.
