The conference room is convenient and affordable with full inventory. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a whiteboard, a phone, and high-speed Wi-Fi access. Our Frisco office location is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, retail, and entertainment options, and you have easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and the Dallas Love Field Airport. The Dallas Cowboys world headquarters is right next door, and 32 acres of trails and park space are within walking distance. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
