The space was professionally and purposefully designed to be a refreshing haven. With details that were anything but an afterthought, this modern retreat lends itself to easy living. Tucked on a quiet street near the main thoroughfares, guests will enjoy the creative and thoughtful touches of modern comfort and convenience are found throughout The loft is attached to the main house, however there was much thought and effort to make it completely separate and private. Please note there are shared walls, and some sound transfer is inevitable. Guests will have a private entrance and parking space. The unit is air-conditioned for those hot summer days and fully heated to keep it cozy during winter months.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
