It is not a balcony and is strictly off-limits to all clients, crew, models, and guests. The ledge is monitored by camera. For everyone's safety, anyone who steps onto the ledge for any reason, including photos, will result in a $1,500 charge, immediate cancellation of the shoot, and no refund. By booking the studio, you agree to this policy and accept responsibility for making sure everyone in your party follows it. THE BEDROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $275 FLAT FEE.
