About the Space
Our spacious backyard is perfect for small weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc! We have large yard equipped with a built in grill, outdoor private bathroom, a king dining table (16 chairs), a kids table (8 chairs), a fire pit, a fire place, a lounge area, a kids playground and playhouse, and also a massive pool! (Please note: we use swimply if you would like to swim. However, can be used for photoshoots through peerspace). We also have a pool house kitchen that can be rented if you are entertaining a dinner party! You will need to provide your own insurance for renting.

Areas are cleaned before bookings. Space is located in our backyard, we do our best to have everything wiped down before guests arrive. Bathroom is thoroughly cleaned after every booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
