Our light-filled living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom are perfect for photoshoots and video projects. Our home is a carefully curated collection of vintage and new – we love the relaxed neutral mixture of California and European aesthetic. *Backyard, Guesthouse, Office, and Children's room photos are coming soon. Our is located near pay parking lots, and free 2-hour street parking. 1-2 cars can fit in the driveway. Our house could be used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Podcasting, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. Enhanced cleaning measures: A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
