About DCTV
Step into DCTV’s landmark 1895 French Renaissance firehouse - a distinctive multi-use venue in Tribeca and Chinatown that’s perfect for film and photo shoots, production holding and catering, art exhibits, concerts, parties, performances, product launches, rehearsals, fundraisers, and more. The rental includes the dramatic Engine Bay and a private outdoor alleyway, with wheelchair-accessible areas available. Hourly rates vary depending on the duration, nature, and needs of your event. Additional amenities such as on-site staff, catering, lighting, projection, and audiovisual support are available for an extra fee. Recent clients include ABC, Adobe, Apple, Netflix, NBC, Boiler Room, Dover Street Market, Doctors Without Borders, Paramount Pictures, and the Center for Constitutional Rights. DCTV is a nonprofit media arts organization that also operates one of the world’s only documentary-focused cinemas, along with workshops and a youth media training program. Conveniently located on the edge of Tribeca and Chinatown, DCTV is close to multiple subway lines and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and hotels.

While we’re very excited to gather together in-person and feel some relief from the onset of the pandemic, we recognize that COVID-19 is still an ongoing reality. In order to keep our community safe, masks are currently required at DCTV except when eating or drinking. We will continue to update our policies in adherence with the latest health and safety guidelines and protocols. If you are experiencing symptoms that could be related to COVID-19 please stay home, and contact us for a credit towards future rentals.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
