If you’re searching for a base to enjoy everything Aptos has to offer, look no further than 2000 McGregor Dr. With three thoughtfully designed office suites inside a landmark building, you’ll be well-situated to experience the best of Central California. “Where the trees meet the sea…” The property is located off Hwy 1 between New Brighton Beach and Seacliff Beach. The walk to be beach through the 66 Acer State Park connected to the property takes about 10 to 15 minutes. (See map on listing) The trail down to the water is steep in a few spots. So if your not a hiker, it might be better to take the railroad tracks south towards the main Seacliff Beach entrance at State Park Drive about 15 minutes walk. What a great space for work, play and stay! Comfortable & private . Walk to New Brighton Beach, Capitola or Sea Cliff Beach. Bike & Hike in Nisene Marks. Meet with clients have a meetings, celebration or just enjoy a private sunny space to stay in Aptos. Our unique space is comfortably set up for Work, play and stay on beautiful Monterey Bay. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
