About the Space
We are a 7 bedroom residential home, we have an impressive gorgonian front to the home and a stone back making it possible to look like two locations. Inside we have lots of natural light and high ceiling with period features. The house is in the process of renovation so some rooms are have older decor and others more up to date. Outside we have a lawned garden with gazebo, tennis court and fields so plenty of outdoor options. We are not able to accommodate parties but happy to do film and video shoots.

We will ensure the space is clean and tidy for the booking. Depending on the booked we may also charge a clean fee for afterwards.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
