About the Space

This space is located in the heart of Downtown Summit. It is the perfect place to host corporate events, meetings, workshops, conferences and pop-ups. It features a stunning 1,100 square foot space that can either be used for small meet ups of 1-5 people or larger groups up to 30 people with breakout rooms. The NJ Transit Summit train station is just a 5-minute walk. Open early mornings, evenings and weekends for bookings. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you are interested.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All shared spaces are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned regularly. Cleaning is done before and after each booking. Surfaces and door handles are sterilized with disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as tissue, hand-soap, and paper towels.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
